Refund Policy - The Basics

Non-Refundable Services: All coaching sessions, personalized programs, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or started.
Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical issues, duplicate payments, or circumstances where services cannot reasonably be provided.
Payment Responsibility: The client is responsible for ensuring timely and complete payments. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
